- Equipped to demonstrate complete recipes focusing on meat and seafood items, including prep tips prepared in a taste tempting manner
- Chef will work behind the demo table preparing the items
- Once items are prepared, chef mingles with customers at the service case
- They are trained in food safety and sanitation procedures
