The Human Resource / Payroll departments provide a variety of services to help and support our associates in their functions on a daily basis. In addition to employee functions, the Director of Administration also oversees the payment process for our independent contractor department.
Some of our essential duties include:
Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Training and Development (Career Counseling), Employment Law, Job Analyzing, Employee Assistance, Independent Contractor administration and 1099 reporting.
We have over 7,000 associates nationwide. Our associates are our front line personnel providing our clients with exceptional customer satisfaction.
